bought 5 koi from Kodama. They arrived earlier than I thought, were in perfect condition, and the customer service was very helpful with the few questions and requests that I had. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some Koi!

The koi I’ve purchased from Kodama Koi Farm are absolutely superb. Healthy, happy and very loved by our family! Kodama Koi Farm is my absolute go-to for my pond friends. Their customer service is also stellar!

We purchased seven koi from Kodama Koi Farm through the online auction over the past two months. Once we had selected all of our fish, we scheduled a shipment date, and they arrived today in perfect condition. Every single koi exceeded our expectations. The quality is absolutely spectacular, and each fish stands out beautifully in our pond. It was obvious from the moment we released them that these are exceptional Japanese koi. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire auction process, from bidding to delivery, and the customer service was outstanding every step of the way. We already can’t wait to start bidding on our next koi! If you’re looking to purchase high-quality Japanese koi online, I don’t believe there’s a better place than Kodama Koi Farm. ★★★★★ 5 Stars – Highly Recommended!

Service and communication that is almost non-existent these days. Emails and phone calls to get clarification on specifics since I purchased multiple Koi on different dates. The fish arrived in great shape and are in quarantine according to the recommendations. I couldn't be more pleased with service and quality of Koi that I received. Additional purchases are in the near future.

Fantastic purchase! I ordered a bunch of Tosai- all were the randomly selected ones. I left a description of my preference for them and the staff delivered exactly what I had wanted. Super happy- great farm!!
